How it works

Root cause. Real numbers.

Four steps, the same for everyone, adjusted entirely to you.

  1. 01

    A full hour to start

You begin with a comprehensive consultation. History, symptoms, training, sleep and goals, with the clinician who will treat you.

  2. 02

    We look at the data

We evaluate labs, hormones and metabolic health, with testing chosen for your situation rather than a standard panel.

  3. 03

    You get a plan

Your plan is personalized and overseen by a licensed provider, and the reasoning behind it is explained to you.

  4. 04

    We adjust as you respond

We adjust and refine your protocol as your body responds, with scheduled follow up and retesting.

What we treat

Seven lines of care, one clinician

Testosterone therapy and weight loss are where most people start. Everything else is here too.

  • Gymnastic rings hanging in a training space

    TRT

A full hormone and metabolic workup, personalized dosing, and structured follow up.

  • A runner mid stride on a boardwalk, seen from above

    Weight loss

GLP1 support paired with muscle retention, body composition and the hormone picture underneath.

  • A eucalyptus sprig against a pale background

    Hormone therapy (BHRT)

Symptom and lab based hormone evaluation, an individualized plan, scheduled review.

  • A white teapot and a cup of herbal tea with fresh thyme, seen from above

    Gut and thyroid

The longer look at digestion and thyroid function, and a protocol built from it.

  • Soft white bed linen in morning light

    Sexual wellness and fertility

Hormone, libido and fertility care, with fertility preserving options discussed first.

  • An olive branch in a vase on a sunlit windowsill

    Longevity and performance

Recovery, metabolic health and cognitive sharpness, measured and managed over time.

  • A bar of natural soap tied with greenery on a pale surface

    Hair, skin and beauty

Hair, skin and aging concerns evaluated for what is driving them internally.

Who we help

You will recognize yourself here

  • Normal labs, still not right

Fatigue, stubborn weight, bloating or brain fog, with a chart that says everything looks fine. This is the longer look that was never taken.

  • High performers and athletes

Recovery, body composition, stress resilience and hormone health, managed as numbers you track rather than a feeling you guess at.

  • Men's hormone and metabolic care

Energy, drive, strength and body composition, evaluated properly and then managed with real monitoring rather than a single number.

  • Women's hormone and wellness

Cycles, perimenopause, menopause, weight changes, fatigue and mood, taken seriously and worked up rather than waved off as normal.

Questions

Before you book

Anything not answered here, get in touch.

Do you take insurance?

No. Emerald Precision Health is a cash pay practice and does not bill insurance. That is what makes a 60 minute first visit possible. The initial telehealth consult is $99 and the comprehensive lab panel is $499. Ongoing care is monthly and the number is quoted to you before anything is charged.

What states do you serve?

California only. The practice is licensed in California, so care is limited to California residents. If you move out of state, we will tell you what that means for your care.

What happens on the first call?

A full hour by video with the clinician who will treat you. It is mostly questions: your symptoms, your history, your training and sleep, what you have already tried and what you want. You leave with a plan for what to test and why, and a clear picture of what ongoing care would look like and cost.

What do labs cost?

The comprehensive panel is $499 and covers 69 to 72 biomarkers, with the consult included. Not everyone needs the full panel. Testing is chosen after your consult, so you pay for what is useful for your situation.

Do I need labs before booking?

No. Book the consult first. If you have recent results, bring them and we will use them. If you do not, testing is ordered after we have talked so the panel matches your situation rather than being run in advance and interpreted later.

How do medications get to me?

Prescriptions are sent to a pharmacy and shipped to you. Medication costs are separate from program fees and are paid directly to the pharmacy. Some medications are compounded, which means they are not FDA approved, and that is discussed with you before anything is prescribed.
